Delegate’s Transport Arrangements
LOC is providing transport to and from the airport to Delegates attending the SAMSA Conference in Windhoek, Namibia. Please use the following link to capture your arrival and departure dates and times.
Note: Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and covering any charges that may arise from excursions or additional services during the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fees are only refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the start of the conference. The refund is reduced by a small fee of US$50, to cover the administrative costs of processing the refund.
