Visa
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for their country to visit Namibia and apply for a conference visa, if necessary.
Invitation
The invitation for delegates attending the conference may be made available from the conference organisers upon request. Invitation is in a form of an email notification and is only issued to registered and paid delegates. If you require an invitation for visa processing, reguest one during the submission of proof of payment.
