Check if you meet the entry requirements for the course you wish to study and for Faculty specific entry requirements.
Applications open in June each year. Applicants whose application forms are received by UNAM will receive an acknowledgment letter.
After the respective closing dates, UNAM evaluate applications based on Grade 12 August results or November results (if available). The Office of the Registrar will provide all provisional admitted students with a correspondence including registration dates, tuition fees and orientation programmes.
Fees are determined on an annual basis by the University Council. Fees may differ depending the study programme chosen by the student.
Accepted students must register on registration dates as indicated. A minimum 50% deposit on tuition fees plus registration fees must be paid before or on registration date.
The Office of the Dean of Students provides information to new students on student life on campus. Orientation features a week long and includes advice on academic courses, time management, study methods and skills etc.
